Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Jigged, Inc. ("Jigged", "we", "us") for your use of the Reflex Odds app and this website ("Reflex Odds"). By using Reflex Odds, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Reflex Odds
You must be at least 21 years old. You’re responsible for making sure that sports wagering is legal where you are before you place any bet.
2. What Reflex Odds is, and isn’t
Reflex Odds is an information service. It shows odds, odds boosts and game information published by sportsbooks and other sources. We are not a sportsbook. We don’t accept bets, hold money, or place wagers for you, and we aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by the sportsbooks, leagues or teams shown in the app.
3. Accuracy
Odds move quickly and can be delayed, unavailable or wrong. Reflex Odds is provided "as is". Always confirm the price and terms with your sportsbook before you bet. Nothing in Reflex Odds is financial or betting advice, and you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.
4. Your account
Keep your account secure and don’t share it. You can delete it at any time in the app or by emailing us.
5. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse Reflex Odds. That includes scraping or reselling its data, interfering with the service, reverse-engineering the app, or using it for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
The Reflex Odds name, logo, app and website belong to Jigged, Inc. Sportsbook, league and team names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Jigged is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any losses from bets you place, and our total liability for any claim relating to Reflex Odds is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the prior 12 months (or $50 if you paid nothing).
8. Changes and ending use
We may update Reflex Odds and these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know. You can stop using Reflex Odds at any time, and we may suspend access if these terms are broken.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and Jigged, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for Reflex Odds or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
10. Responsible gaming
Bet only what you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
